Day 1 Kuala Lumpur ~ Hanoi ~ Van Phuc MH 752 (0945/1210) (MOB/L/D)
Arrival Hanoi, visit to Van Phuc Village distance around 12km from Hanoi, where is the traditional handmade Silk Village.
Day 2 Hanoi ~ Halong (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Ba Dinh Square is the name of a famous square in Hanoi where president Ho Chi Minh read the Proclamation of Independence of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Next, proceed to Ho Chi Ming Mausoleum & Residence when Ho Chi Minh passed away, the granite Go Chi Minh Mausoleum was built here to display his embalmed body. It remains a major site of tourism and pilgrimage. Then, move to One Pillar Pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It is regarded alongside the Perfume Temple, as one of Vietnam’s two most iconic temples. After, visit to Temple of Literature & Jewelry Shop dedicated to Confucius, was founded in 1070 Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. In 1076, Vietnam’s first university was established here to educate Vietnam’s administrative and warrior’s class.
Day 3 Halong ~ Hanoi (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Halong Bay (4 hours cruise) was awarded by UNESCO as a natural heritage in 1994. Half day boat trip in Halong Bay to view multi-shaped rocks and visit the dramatic caves. Lunch will be served on boat with fresh seafood. Next, proceed to Paradise Grotto & Wooden Stakes Cave; Seafood Meal On Board & Bamboo Charcoal Shop there are many stalactites, shapes like animals, birds, humans. Then, move to Hoan Kiem Lake meaning “Lake of the Returned Sword”, is a lake in the historical center of Hanoi, the capital city Vietnam. The lake is one of the major scenic spots in the city and serves as a focal point for its public life. After, visit to 3G Ancient Street is the 36 Ancient Street, near Hoan Kiem lake, has the original street layout and architecture of old Hanoi. Each street then had merchants and households specialized in a particular trade, such as silk traders, jewelry, etc. Visit to Water Puppet Show the puppets are made out of wood and then lacquered. The shows are performed in a waist-deep pool. A large rod supports the puppet ender the water and is used by the puppeteers, who are normally hidden behind a screen, to control them. Thus the puppets appear to be moving over the water. Today’s Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet tradition.
Day 4 Hanoi ~ Tam Coc ~ Hanoi (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Tam Coc climb board a tiny boat for a peaceful cruise up the river (Tam Coc known as Halong Bay on land). Tam Coc is best explored by boat as there are a series of the interlinks caves and rowing through these natural marvels is quite a thrill. Next, proceed to Bich Dong & State Theatre (Opera House) & Tran Quoc Pagoda is a popular tourist destination near the city of Ninh Binh in northern Vietnam. Standing on the highest temple, you can overlook the fields and mountains of Tam Coc.
Day 5 Hanoi ~ Kuala Lumpur MH 753 (1310/1740) (B/MOB)
