Day 2 Hanoi ~ Lao Cai (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Ba Dinh Square is the name of a famous square in Hanoi where president Ho Chi Minh read the Proclamation of Independence of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Next, proceed to Ho Chi Ming Mausoleum & Residence when Ho Chi Minh passed away, the granite Go Chi Minh Mausoleum was built here to display his embalmed body. It remains a major site of tourism and pilgrimage. Then, move to One Pillar Pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It is regarded alongside the Perfume Temple, as one of Vietnam’s two most iconic temples. After, visit to Temple of Literature dedicated to Confucius, was founded in 1070 Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. In 1076, Vietnam’s first university was established here to educate Vietnam’s administrative and warrior’s class.
Day 3 Lao Cai ~ Sapa (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Cat Cat Village & BAC Waterfall & Research Centre of Coldwater Fisheries is a Black H’mong small mountain village. People live in Cat Cat Village do rice cultivation in terraces and the Traditional crafts. The road leading to Cat Cat Village is an easy, interesting route for trekking and the hike through mountains will offer tourists the wonderful picture of terraces, water fall, or even water buffaloes grazing leisurely.
Day 4 Sapa ~ Lao Cai ~ Hanoi (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Ham Rong Mountain is one of the musts for tourists when visiting Sapa. Ham Rong is home to numerous kinds of flowers and orchard gardens. Wandering stone paths leads toursits to wild peach forest, then orchid gardens with more trhan 6,000 orchid plants belonging to 194 kinds. Then, move to Hoan Kiem Lake meaning “Lake of the Returned Sword”, is a lake in the historical center of Hanoi, the capital city Vietnam. The lake is one of the major scenic spots in the city and serves as a focal point for its public life. After, visit to 3G Ancient Street is the 36 Ancient Street, near Hoan Kiem lake, has the original street layout and architecture of old Hanoi. Each street then had merchants and households specialized in a particular trade, such as silk traders, jewelry, etc. Visit to Water Puppet Show the puppets are made out of wood and then lacquered. The shows are performed in a waist-deep pool. A large rod supports the puppet ender the water and is used by the puppeteers, who are normally hidden behind a screen, to control them. Thus the puppets appear to be moving over the water. Today’s Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet tradition.
