Day 1 Kuala Lumpur ~ Ho Chi Minh City VN 684 (1400/1455) (MOB/D)
Arrive Ho Chi Minh City; go to The Hundred Tears Red Cathedral with her two 40 meter towers topped with iron spires is one of Ho Chi Mingh City’s major landmarks. The cathedral’s red bricks and coloured glass windows were imported from France. With full services in both Vietnamese and English are held every Sunday morning. Next, proceed to The Old Post Office & The People’s Committee Hall is Saigon;s French-styled post office. Built between 1886 and 1891, the ochre – coloured building has a glass canopy, ceiling fans, and enormous wall maps of “Saigon et Ses Environs”.
Day 2 Ho Chi Minh City ~ Cu Chi ~ Ho Chi Minh (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Cu Chi Tunnel where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during tho war against American troops. After, visit to War Museum & Lacquer Ware Factory it primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War. The museum comprises a series of eight themed rooms in several buildings, with period military equipment located within a walled yard.
Day 3 Ho Chi Minh ~ Hanoi VN 251 (1450/1655) (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Ben Thanh Market is a marketplace in the downtown area of Ho Chi Minh City. The market is one of the earliest surviving structures in Saigon and today is consider one of symbols of Ho Chi Minh City, popular with tourists seeking local handicrafts, textiles and souvenirs, as well as local cuisine. After that, visit to Water Puppet Show the puppets are made out of wood and then lacquered. The shows are performed in a waist-deep pool. A large rod supports the puppet ender the water and is used by the puppeteers, who are normally hidden behind a screen, to control them. Thus the puppets appear to be moving over the water. Today’s Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet tradition.
Day 4 Hanoi ~ Halong (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Ba Dinh Square is the name of a famous square in Hanoi where president Ho Chi Minh read the Proclamation of Independence of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Next, proceed to Ho Chi Ming Mausoleum & Residence when Ho Chi Minh passed away, the granite Go Chi Minh Mausoleum was built here to display his embalmed body. It remains a major site of tourism and pilgrimage. After, visit to Temple of Literature & Jewelry Shop dedicated to Confucius, was founded in 1070 Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. In 1076, Vietnam’s first university was established here to educate Vietnam’s administrative and warrior’s class. Then, move to One Pillar Pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It is regarded alongside the Perfume Temple, as one of Vietnam’s two most iconic temples.
Day 5 Halong ~ Hanoi (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to Halong Bay (4 hours cruise) was awarded by UNESCO as a natural heritage in 1994. Half day boat trip in Halong Bay to view multi-shaped rocks and visit the dramatic caves. Lunch will be served on boat with fresh seafood. Next, proceed to Paradise Grotto & Wooden Stakes Cave; Bamboo Charcoal Shop there are many stalactites, shapes like animals, birds, humans.
Day 6 Hanoi ~ Kuala Lumpur VN 681 (1455/1900) (B/L/MOB)
