The Red Square
Located in Malacca City, the capital of the Malaysian state of Malacca, The Stadthuys is a historic structure widely recognized as the oldest surviving Dutch building in Southeast Asia. Commonly referred to as The Red Square (or Dutch Square), it is famous for its vibrant crimson facade and the iconic nearby red clock tower. Built by the Dutch in 1650, the building originally served as the official administrative offices for the Dutch Governor and Deputy Governor.
A' Famosa Fort
As one of Malacca’s most famous historical landmarks, A' Famosa (Porta de Santiago) was built by the Portuguese in 1511 following their conquest of Malacca, originally serving as part of a massive fortress. Today, only this gatehouse remains, standing as one of the oldest surviving European architectural relics in Malaysia. St. Paul's Church
