White Horse Tribe Ranch
Visit a local herder’s home, experience traditional nomadic life, taste freshly brewed milk tea, try archery, dress in traditional Mongolian costumes for photos, and enjoy other grassland activities.
Great Mosque
Built during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, it is one of the oldest and largest mosques in Inner Mongolia. The architecture blends Han and Islamic styles, with well-preserved inscriptions and carvings. It serves not only as a significant religious venue for local Muslims but also as a historic landmark of cultural exchange in Hohhot.
Kuan Alley
Located in the Hui District of Hohhot, this ethnic-themed street with a history of over 100 years stretches about 458 meters. Both sides of the street feature hundreds of shops including food stalls, folk exhibitions, and handicrafts. Visitors can taste specialties such as lamb offal soup, Shaomai dumplings, sauced beef, and grilled lamb skewers, while enjoying the unique atmosphere of gray-brick houses, red lanterns, and folk activities.

Hohhot (2.5 hrs) ~ Xiangshawan
Xiangshawan (Resonant Sand Gorge)
One of China’s three major “singing sand” areas, known for the mysterious phenomenon of sand producing sound. It integrates desert culture with rich Mongolian traditions, offering a mix of thrilling desert activities and ethnic experiences. Located on the southern bank of the Yellow River, the scenery is spectacular.
Yuesha Island
Included camel riding, sightseeing train, desert buggy, Ordos wedding performance, water recreation zone and bonfire party. Ride the desert train deep into the sands, encounter camel caravans, pass ancient Mongolian tribes, and enter Yuesha Island for artistic and sports experiences.

Mausoleum of Genghis Khan
Originally the “Eight White Yurts” (Baibai Palace), it was a place of worship rather than burial. These mobile yurts suited the nomadic lifestyle of the Mongols, allowing worship ceremonies to be held anywhere.
Kangbashi City Scenic Area - Famous Photospot architecture
Kangbashi rose from barren land into a modern city, and its name in Mongolian means “Outstanding Teacher.” Today it serves as the political, cultural, scientific, educational, and financial center of Ordos.

Wudangzhao Monastery

Known as the “Potala Palace of the North,” its white walls and red-yellow decorations make it a majestic landmark, serving as a major religious site and a place to explore Tibetan Buddhism and architecture.
Mengliang Ethnic Cultural Park - Souvenir shopping
A cultural complex in Hohhot showcasing the history, traditions, and lifestyle of ethnic minorities in Inner Mongolia.
