Terms and Conditions
-FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED for APR 2023 – MAY 2023 sailing date.
– Deposit amount RM600 per person upon booking (Booked consider sold)
– Balance payment: 75 days prior sailings (1-5 Nights Sailings) / 95 days prior sailings (6 nights or more).
– All rates inclusive of NCCF RM340 (3N) / RM450 (4N) / RM510 (5N) / RM850 (9N) per person.
– Each cabin must be at least have 1 adult above 21 years old.
– Cancellation charges per person as follows:
1 to 5 nights
– 45 days or more –100% Full deposit / 44 -30 days — 25% of full cruise fare / 29 -15 days –50% of full cruise fare / 14 days or less –100% of full cruise fare
6 to 9 nights
– 90 days or more –100% Full deposit / 56 -29 days –50% of full cruise fare / 28 -15 days –75% of full cruise fare / 14 days or less — 100% full cruise fare
– On top of cancellation charges being charged by cruise line, customer is liable for an adminstration charges of RM50 per person for any cancellation made.
– Amendment of reservation is considered a cancellation and the necessary fees as per above will still apply on top of the new
fare.
– All prices stated are for per person in Malaysia Ringgit, subject to associated taxes and surcharges, correct at time of printand
subject to change without prior notice.
– Any addition of guests to the existing cabin or new cabins after your booking is made shall be subjected to the cabin occupancy,
availability and current prevailing rates. Any upgrade of category on your existing cabin shall be based on the current prevailing
rates.
– Cruising schedule and itinerary is subject to cruise company final arrangment.
– All passports must have 6-months validity prior to sailing.
