A Lutheran church in the Toolo neighbourhood, carved directly into solid rock. Designed by brothers Timo and Tuomo Suomalainen, it opened in 1969 and is renowned for its remarkable acoustics.
Senate Square
A celebrated square showcasing the neoclassical architecture of Carl Ludvig Engel in the centre of Helsinki. The square and its surroundings make up the oldest part of central Helsinki.

Stockholm City Hall
The seat of the Municipal Council for the City of Stockholm and the venue of the annual Nobel Prize banquet, it is one of the city’s most iconic buildings, crowned by a tower over 100 metres high.
Vasa Ship Museum
A maritime museum on the island of Djurgarden displaying the Vasa, the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship ever salvaged, which sank on her maiden voyage in 1628. It is the most visited museum in Scandinavia.
Royal Palace
The official residence and principal royal palace of the Swedish monarch, used for representative purposes by the King while performing his duties as head of state.
Riddarholm Church
The burial church of the Swedish monarchs, today used only for burial and commemorative purposes after being discontinued as a royal burial place in favour of the Royal Cemetery.
Gamla Stan (Old Town)
