Next, we will proceed to Jiufen (Lunch Own Expenses), the filming site of ‘Sad City’ which is located up in the hills of Northern Taiwan. You can see the old fashioned way of life that still exists. Martyrs’ Shrine is built to commemorate those who sacrifice their lives to achieve something that benefits our country and society. Shilin Residence is the residence of President Chiang Kai-shek during his lifetime.Visit Mao’s Princess House and Tianlu Art Center. Shilin Night market (Dinner Own Expenses) Agricultural products from the Shihlin to Wanhua, Tataocheng trading of goods are all here, in 1909 the market has been developing since the establishment of Shihlin.
