Why Not Japan? | Travel to Japan

Some of you may wonder…

“Why Japan? I mean the place looks so busy and is it truly as glorious as people say? What could possibly make it different from any other country?”

But it is! It truly is different! And here are 7 reasons why you should definitely get your passport and travel to Japan!

  1. It’s a two-in-one trip!

Japan with all its cultural and traditional glory is still one of the most modernly advanced countries to exist. From shrines and temples that preserve culture like the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto to the high rise wonders that ribbon the town, Japan strikes a perfect balance in between both worlds. And this allows you to travel to just one country for a wholesome experience of 2 different worlds.

  1. A World where Nature Meets Architecture

I’m positive that you’ve heard of the Bamboo Garden in Kyoto! How about the Fushimi Inari Shrine?  Well, when you do travel to Japan, these two places are perfect examples of how Japan has successfully intertwined Nature and Architecture into a beautiful work of art, which you can retreat to for a relaxing day of witnessing beauty.

  1. Japanese Food!

Here’s a Naruto reference for all you anime lovers. Have you seen the way Naruto gobbles up bowls of Ramen in minutes? Has that never intrigued you to try Japanese cuisine? But just tasting Japanese food in your homeland isn’t good enough. You have to devour into the richest of its taste in Japan itself! Only to realize that Ramen and Sushi are the least of what Japan has to offer you! Are you still deciding to travel to Japan? Well…. on to the next point!

  1. The crazy side of Japan

Though Japan is a very serene and beautiful retreat, it has the most craziest side to it! From themed cafes dedicated to things like Hello Kitty, Anime and possibly even Transformers? They also have the weirdest of food flavors, inventions and monuments that leave you stunned. I mean who doesn’t like a bit of culture shock right!

  1. Sakura! The Cherry Blossom Beauty

This would definitely be your favourite reason to travel to Japan. I was only 9 or 10 years old when I visited Japan and almost 8 years later, one of the strongest memories I have is the Cherry Blossom that I witnessed in Japan. And mind you, it is one of the most beautiful things you can witness on Earth. And no, I’m not over exaggerating! The happiness that you feel when Sakura trees are lined up along the streets are just unexplainable!

  1. Cleanliness, Discipline and Efficiency

Now I don’t know where you live or how many counties you’ve traveled to but I can confidently assure you that Japan is one of the most cleanest and efficient places to exist, if not already on the top of that list. And the people there are super disciplined while the system is purely efficient. Trains are always on time, there’s no chance of you seeing rubbish on any track left by the locals, the washrooms are always clean and the people are admiringly disciplined.

I remember the hours I spent in Disneyland. I was amazed, not only at the magnificent rides, but also at how the locals – be it children, the elderly or common adults – was quiet, calm, disciplined, kind and just wonderful. They patiently lined up, no tantrums, no shouting. To be honest, it was just surreal!

  1. It’s Safe.

Japan has a very low crime rate and it is one of the safest places to travel to. Now as much as we demand adventure, we also look for safety and Japan offers this to you. It is also a perfect place to experience as a family, alone or with your loved one!
